Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A married two-person team lives in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their own home.
