Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Start as Full-time Flex Houseparents, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, as well as budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation to Hershey, PA is required with on-site housing and meals provided. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, two-year married status for both spouses, age 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and Chapel services, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
