Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and guiding groups of 8–13 students in their homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
