Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on the Hershey, PA campus (with relocation to Bel Air, MD listed as location hint). Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment.
