Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus housing while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead daily devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role after initial support of various homes. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. This two-person role for married couples fosters a structured, family-like environment supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development at Milton Hershey School.
