Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance, paid time off, and other fringes. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year marriage commitment for both spouses (ages 27+) to work as a two-person team.

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
