Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, administration of medications, transportation, and active engagement in development and recreation for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Duties include managing household routines and student schedules, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and ensuring student wellness. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle across multiple homes, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation and paid training are provided along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, two-year marital requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
