Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage daily routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive and accompany students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational programs, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a pathway to transition to a placed Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. The role requires a two-person, legally married partnership for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
