Job Summary
Houseparents – Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a flexible to a placed houseparent role. The role requires maintaining a family-like, structured environment, with a work cycle of nine days on duty followed by three days off, and relocation assistance is provided. The position emphasizes working with a two-person married couple and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
