Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person, married-couple role involves residing in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable home for the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) and total compensation per couple (~$180,000), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two-person married couple, both spouses aged 27+, acceptable driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to lead devotions and Chapel services; strict campus policies regarding alcohol, smoking, and pet limits apply. This is a live-on-campus, fully supervised role designed to foster academic, emotional, and social development for students in a family-like environment.
