Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents reside on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
