Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Grovetown, GA, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent in a consistent student home. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, relocation assistance provided, and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
