Job Summary
Married couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married couple
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Must be legally married for consideration
