Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, overseeing 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include supervision and mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off rotation across multiple student homes, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation is about $44,768 per person plus benefits and housing.
