Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing household schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students in their own home. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability for both spouses to be at least 27 years old and legally married for at least two years; there is a no-alcohol and weapon-free campus policy and limits on dependents in the home.
