Job Summary
Two-person Full-time role for married couples to live in on-campus student homes as Flex Houseparents, supervising and guiding 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and managing household routines and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/utilities; requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to lead daily devotions and accompany students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
