Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person married-couple role living in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent when assignments align. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with initial flexibility across student homes before placement. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (total compensation per couple around $168,000), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, full-time on-campus residence, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and any necessary driver certifications for student transport, and the ability to lead devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
