Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) provide care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, with potential transition to a fixed placed houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. On-site, full-time position with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus rules (smoke-free and weapon-free).
