Job Summary
Houseparents (full-time, two-person team) live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a safe, structured home environment. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older.
