Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents — a married couple relocating to Hershey, PA — reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially, duty is a nine-on, three-off cycle, with progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
