Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks a two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The positions involve residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Fixed Houseparent placement.
