Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, PTO, and training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
