Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes residing with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel; initially a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home; compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance, with on-site housing and meals during duty, plus the need to maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; qualifications emphasize youth experience, consent to a two-person married role for at least two years, age 27+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; the program requires both spouses to apply individually for consideration.
