Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple full-time Flex Houseparents wanted to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA area ( relocation provided ). Couples reside with 8–13 students, provide supervision, mentorship, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition over time to a placed houseparent role. Salary $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with housing and benefits). Requires both spouses to complete individual applications; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED; age 27+ for both spouses; ability to lift 50 lbs; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided.
