Job Summary
Two-person, married couple Flex Houseparents needed to live on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and housing reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
