Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents who are married and legally married for at least two years will reside in on-campus student homes and supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning/engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, with eventual placement in a single student home.
