Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents are a two-person, fully on-campus role for married couples who will reside in student homes and supervise 8–13 students. The position begins as Full-time Flex Houseparents with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and eventually transitioning to aPlaced Houseparent living with the same group. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; employment applications must be completed individually by both spouses.
