Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role begins as a Full-time Flex Houseparent with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. This is a two-person, married-couple position requiring high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license (van certification), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
