Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA area via Milton Hershey School. Full-time flex houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning of developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine days on, three off; eventual transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person around $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple. Must have youth experience, be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comply with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol).
