Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially supporting multiple student homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule, the role will transition to a placed Houseparent in a single student home. Required Qualifications

- Proselytizing prohibition within Judeo-Christian services
