Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Houseparents at Milton Hershey School will reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off shifts to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. The position offers relocation assistance, full benefits, and a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple when including housing and meals), with paid training and on-site housing.
