Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition into a Placed Houseparent configuration living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 annually plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Must be a legally married two-person team, both spouses age 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; must complete individual applications for consideration.
