Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires youth experience, high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a safe, faith-aligned campus; must be a legally married two-year couple with both spouses age 27+, and eligibility to lift up to 50 lbs.
