Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from rotating duty across multiple student homes to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, caregiving, on-campus housing duties, and the ability to obtain driver’s license certification for student transportation; candidates must be part of a married couple and meet age and family-size requirements.
