Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on campus in Mount Vernon, TX to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel events, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
