Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) will reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, planning developmental and recreational activities, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to the Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
