Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus to supervise 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. The role requires a legally married two-person team, age 27 or older for both spouses, HS diploma or GED, on-campus relocation, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus rules.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
