Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits available. Requires experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two-year married status and both spouses age 27+ required.
