Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a working nine days on / three days off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include comprehensive coverage and paid time off; high school diploma or GED required; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to act as role models for students
