Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, development activities, and spiritual guidance for 8–13 students; initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group; salary per person $44,768 with relocation support and comprehensive benefits; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; high school diploma or GED required; application requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
