Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus at Milton Hershey School, living with and caring for groups of about 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and routine management. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle with eventual placement into a fixed student-home role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-spouse, legally married partnership of at least two years; relocation assistance is provided.
