Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve living on-campus in student homes and providing daily care, supervision, mentorship, and supervision for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting on household matters, and transitioning from a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement. The position requires a legally married couple, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
