Job Summary
Two-person houseparenting role for married couples in on-campus student homes; responsibilities include supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
