Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition to a Placed Houseparent position living with the same group of students.
