Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship; managing household routines and student schedules; administering medications; transporting students to activities; planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; overseeing budgeting and reporting; initially rotating through multiple homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitioning to a settled houseparent assignment with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
