Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible placements to a fixed student home. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits as part of total compensation.
