Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role after initial nine-on/three-off duty periods. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to live on campus, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Eligible couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180k total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
