Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents - Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents for a married two-person team to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a two-person, on-campus, fully supervised role with strict campus guidelines (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol while on duty) and a strong emphasis on faith-based activities and student development.
