Job Summary
Couples live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, schedule management, medications administration, transportation, devotional activities, budgeting, and reporting; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off initially, with a transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires married couples, age 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Understanding of and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proven integrity and professionalism
