Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed as a two-person, full-time, on-campus role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same students in their home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided as part of the role.
